MAIL FORUM RULES

We have a unique non-moderated, automated mailing forum for the members. Though the mails are not censored, but members are requested to observe the ethics and comply with following:

  • NO CONFIDENTIAL/SECRET Official Information to be imparted.
  • NO Anti-state or Anti-Army mails.
    Violators will be immediately suspended/banned; No exceptions would be made.

  • Add your name with course at the end of each letter.
  • Mark your mails (subject) with suitable heading, specially if it contains adult content.
  • DO NOT send any attachment more than 200 KB with letter to the list (the mail will be automatically rejected).
  • DO NOT send or forward any chain letters.
  • DO NOT forward forum mail to non-Amcolians or giving passwords to them for the site/forum.
  • DO NOT invite/subscribe the forum address to public domains, groups, communities etc.
    Violators will be moderated after one warning and may be suspended/banned on repetition.

    NOTE: Please do not indulge in controversial debates/objections with Forum Manager on implementation of rules. In case of any omissions/grievances, write to webmaster@amcolians.net
