Amcolians Flood Relief Activities

Pakistan is currently facing the worst-ever natural calamity in its history as the floods have devastated a large area, affecting around 20 million peoples across the country.

In order to help the people struck by disaster, the Amcolians have come forward keeping in their traditions and following the pattern of activities during 2005 Earthquake.

A Relief Fund has been established and following activities are being carried out:
  • Distribution of basic Food items
  • Distribution of basic utensils, soap and long plastic shoes
  • Provision of medical aid through medical camps
  • Provision of medicines to established services camps
  • Prophylactic vaccination
  • Provision of water purifying tablets and filters
  • Anti-malarial measures and provision of insect repellents
  • Reconstruction of houses and provision of livelihood
  • Scholarships for students
  • Flood relief/medical camps in Sindh 2011

  • We have started our operations in Khyber Pakhtoonkwa, Southern Punjab, Sindh, Chitral and Gilgit-Baltistan.
